Diet

Drink 6 – 8 glasses of water per day.
Eliminate acid forming foods such as soda, alcohol, coffee, flesh foods, french fries, donuts and eat a clean diet 3 days before your cleanse and this will ease the hunger cravings during your cleansing program (juice fasting) and produce better results!

DURING CLEANSE

Diet

We recommend a 100% cleanse because eating requires energy to digest solid foods. Fresh juices enter the blood stream within minutes or consuming that requires very little energy from the body to assimilate. You are simply giving your digestive system 3 – 7 days off and this increases energy levels. If you get overly hungry during your cleanse choose a half of an apple, orange, avocado or celery sticks.

Activities

We suggest walking, light yoga, biking, meditation and taking it easy when possible. Suggested reading "Good Health" by Dr. Davis, “Vibrant Health” by Norman Walker, “Tissue Cleansing Through Bowel Management” by Bernard Jensen. Don’t get over stressed and focus more time on yourself during this time. Visit your local health food store for better eating.

3 DAYS POST-CLEANSE

Diet

Break your juice cleanse with soft fruits such as avocadoes, pears, oranges, mangoes etc. Organic if possible. You can also eat a small salad or soup. Remember the longer you eat simple clean foods, the longer you will keep that wonderful feeling.
Try to become aware of what you put into your body. After the cleanse, you should be able to assimilate more nutrients from the foods you eat and you may find that you are less hungry throughout the day. Don’t eat merely because it is “time” to eat. Only eat when you are hungry. Nicotine, caffeine, alcohol, and dairy products are very acid-forming and will cause you to desire to eat more due to the acid created from these products.

Activities

Continue to take it easy for the next few days and reflect on your accomplishments. Start planning your next cleanse and set a day if possible.

After you receive your delivery:

Rinse all the bottles.

If you will not use them immediately, freeze them juices are fresh and will last 5 to 7 days.

If you ordered a 3 day and plan to start immediately, refrigerate all 18 bottles.

If you ordered a 5-day or a 7-day cleanse and plan to start immediately, refrigerate the first 3 days of juice (18 bottles) and freeze the remaining days.

Take out of the freezer and refrigerate an additional day of bottles (6 bottles) of your cleanse each day beginning on day two of your cleanse because it will take approximately 36 hours to thaw in the refrigerator.

Weekly Wellness Plan

Upon rising in the morning drink, squeeze a whole lemon into 8 oz. of hot water and drink immediately.

Breakfast (Mon - Fri) - Drink your Juice or Smoothie anytime in the morning.

Lunch (Mon - Fri) - Heat up your Soup and enjoy. Add garnish if desired.

Dinner - Try to eat healthy meals for best results. Delicous salads, soups, steamed veggies with brown rice, to name a few.

Cleanses

Upon rising in the morning drink, squeeze a whole lemon into 8 oz. of hot water and drink immediately.

Drink one bottle every two hours. They can be taken in any order that you prefer. While some cleanses recommend a certain order, your preference is the priority.

Drink pure water, Yerbe Mate,  herbal tea, or matcha green tea throughout the day. These are great coffee replacements.

If you ordered a cleanse with Veggie Broth, drink it at the end of the day. Heat before drinking.

On Day 6, begin taking the Parasite Eliminator and Super Greens.

Parasite Eliminator: A few hours before going to bed, take 6 capsules of Parasite Eliminator with water or juice.

Potassium Broth Recipe (Optional - Drink as much as desired)

1 yam or potato

  • 1 carrot

  • 1 onion

  • 1 celery

  • 1/4 head of green cabbage

  • Other vegetables as desired

Chop vegetables and simmer in 6 cups of distilled water for 10—15 minutes. Season with vegetable salt, Bragg’s liquid aminos, or Herbs de Provence.

Drain the vegetables, reserving the broth. Do not eat the vegetables, but drink as much potassium broth during the day as desired.
Drink your juices along with the herbs. If you finish your juices before finishing the herbs continue to take the herbs as instructed. Eat a clean diet and drink 6 -8 glasses of water a day.

3-Day Liver & Gallbladder Flush

You will need:

  • Good Liver Tincture

  • Detoxification Tea

  • Fresh juices for each day

Liver Tonic Recipe

8 ounces fresh citrus juice in any combination of orange, lemon, lime, grapefruit or tangerine
8 ounces of distilled water
2-4 Tbsp. of organic extra virgin cold pressed olive oil
2-4 peeled cloves of garlic
1 pinch of cayenne
1 piece of peeled fresh ginger root
Blend well and drink immediately


Instructions for 3 Days:

Healthy Liver Tincture:
