We do not offer returns or refunds on juices or soups. Once an is placed you can not cancel, but you can change your delivery date for a future shipment as well. Our products are sold fresh and delivered to you as fresh produce. It is the customers responsibility to ensure their shipping address is accurate and is a deliverable location. GC is NOT responsible for wrong addresses. Once a package is sent and if the package doesn’t get delivery for any reason we only reship the same items. If customer changes, alters, refuses and/or doesn’t accept juices or soup orders, it is the responsible of the customer who altered the shipping to accept full responsibility. No refund will be giving if it is determined the customer has done so. We also reserve the right substitute flavors for what is listed on the website for we sometimes run out of flavors and we do not want to hold up deliveries.
Sometimes FED EX will have an issue delivering packages due to weather which is out of our control, but your package is insured and will be resent to you if this should occur. Our customer service team is here to help. We must be notified immediately of any problems with your order. You will need to take a few photos and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org or (904)907-6805 in order help you with best solution.
Please note juices should NOT be discarded prior to contact with our GOOD customer service. If there is a problem with your product you MUST contact us immediately by email at email@example.com and call (904)907-6805 sending a picture of your package so we can examine the contents. We can not do anything without this step.
