Juices and Soups

We do not offer returns or refunds on juices or soups. Our products are sold fresh and delivered to you as fresh produce. If we do not ship your products as you have ordered, we will refund your purchase and only if it is our error. It is the customers responsibility to ensure their shipping address is accurate and is a deliverable location. GC is NOT responsible for wrong addresses.
Sometimes UPS will have an issue delivering packages due to weather which is out of our control, but your package is insured and will be resent to you if this should occur. Our customer service team is here to help. We must be notified immediately of any problems with your order. You will need to take a few photos and email them to pressedpartners@aol.com or (844)559-9739 in order help you with best solution.
Please note juices should NOT be discarded prior to contact with our GOOD customer service. If there is a problem with your product you MUST contact us immediately by email at info@goodcleansing.com and call (844)559-9739 sending a picture of your package so we can examine the contents. We can not do anything without this step.
